Starbucks - Monterey St, Soledad

As a regular patron of starbucks I was really disappointed with this one

My go to Starbucks on my way to work. Great customer service with friendly people, good atmosphere to be in and quick freeway access.

This Starbucks is filthy. . 3 young baristas standing around doing nothing. Dirty floor, food on tables, bathroom filthy. Yuk. We only stop to charge our Tesla. Going to try McDonald’s next time.

I see why the town will be bringing a dutch bros in.I went to this location on 12/25/23 at around 8:00amI asked the barista (short Orange like hair couldnt get her name) for a litle more milk in my drink and she acted as if the stuff comes out of her pocket.If im ordering a certain size, please fill my drink all the way up dont just give it to me half way the cup. Im the one paying for the extra items in there. Then she took it back and filled it up and she just slid the drink over to me. No apology no nothing. She looked as if she does not like her job. Why do they have people like her with no good customer service and so much lack of training? I hope dutch bros comes around soon. They never have a problem making the drinks just the way the customers like them. This girl at this location needs to be highly trained in customer service.

I wanted a venti iced mocha with oat milk. when i got to the window, the order taker mixed up my order for a hot white mocha. then i get this drink with no sticker and it isnt filled up to the usual standard. i can wait the extra second it takes to fill it up. spend your money elsewhere.
