The value for money with accommodations here is unbeatable. We stay here every couple of weeks since we dislike the traffic when heading into the city for my wife's early medical appointments. The reception staff is welcoming and helpful. Plus, there’s free parking available, which is a huge bonus. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms come equipped with a mini fridge and a large flat-screen TV. There's also an ice machine and a microwave on-site. If we ever need anything that was overlooked, making a quick call to the reception always gets us prompt assistance. This place is definitely worth it!

Our family stayed for one night before heading home. The room was updated, although the bathroom felt a bit outdated. Overall, the place was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable—assuming you like firm mattresses. The complimentary breakfast was decent, featuring fresh waffles that our kids really enjoyed. Parking was $5. The only improvement I could suggest for the hotel would be to have the pool open. We didn’t get a chance to see it, but my children love swimming and were disappointed they couldn't use it. We would have definitely come back!

Our experience was quite disappointing. The room was never cleaned during our stay, and the odor was so unpleasant that we had to go out and purchase air fresheners. The front desk staff was unresponsive and curt. The beds were excessively firm, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Although the breakfast was decent, it didn't stand out in any way.

Throughoutly enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and spacious, beds and pillows were comfy, fast WiFi network, clean bathroom, and the AC was super cold too so we wouldn't have to worry about the summer heat. The hotel itself is surrounded by tons of stores and restaurants so you can absolutely get anything you want just within walking distance. Another big plus for light sleepers is that it's quiet especially at night so you can sleep through the night without any disturbance at all. First time and certainly will not be the last. Will come back here someday!Ps I didn't opt for free breakfast so I can't comment on that

Customer service doesn't exist at this hotel. The front desk receptionists needs to look up what hospitality mean. I called the hotel on Monday after checking out in Sunday, the front desk would not transfer my call to a manager after questioning me why I wanted to speak with a manager. He then hung up the phone. Never will I stay at this hotel again.
