Fattoria Pulcino - MONTEPULCIANO

I am another traveler SCAMMED by this establishment!!!! Was on a CITY WONDERS day tour from Rome to Tuscany with my daughter. We purchased 3 bottles of wine to be shipped to the US since we still had days of travel to go (paying 290 Euros) and 2 months later we still dont have our wine!!!! Emailed the Fattoria NO RESPONSE!!! The tour people tried to tell us this was a small family business (two sisters) and how wonderful they are. WHAT A SCAM!!! Shame on City Wonders, Viator and this establishment for colluding to scam travelers. NEVER had an issue before shipping wine from Europe. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS RISTORANTE/WINERY!!! They are completely dishonest! Wish I would have checked this before I purchased!!!!

I came with a tour in March 2023. The wine was delicious so I decided to purchase a case of wine. I was told I would receive in 7-10 days. To this day I still have not received it, but worse part is they will not give me information of when it will ship or any tracking number, all I have been told is “ don’t worry friend, you will get” I wish I would have seen all the other reviews with this same issue. I have now started to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Complete SCAM. So disappointing .

Marketing above everything They show a huge history but accept endless excursions and serve very little food

Very nice local, spacious and panoramic, informal and fast service, typical Tuscan menu with great relief for meat, we ordered a good Florentine, well cooked with chives and excellent potatoes. prices are average high, private parking.

Beautiful evening with my family: Tuscan appetizers and liver croutons, spectacular, pitches for the small finished with a clean flat shoe and then the Florentine service very professional, make you really feel at home.
