We walked 1 hour uphill to get there…and then had the most fantastic experience. These folks are the real deal. You cannot visit Vico and not dine here!

This lizard has a family, this lizard has children, it had dreams,... read more One day, right before our eyes, one of the waiters killed a lizard. A small, harmless lizard. This lizard has a family, this lizard has children, it had dreams, goals, orders, and desires. The waiter was frightened when the lizard climbed his pant leg, and right a meter away, he kicked it in the cheek. Because of this, the lizard splattered across the pavement and burst into tears. We were very upset to see a dead lizard on our table.
