Needless to say the view from the restaurant is stunning with the beautiful and well kept vineyards and the dramatic landscape only Le Marche can offer. The menu is a combination of traditional and innovative ingredients and very precise and well thought cooking. Every dish sounds appealing but I recommend to ask the staff for suggestions, everyone was very professional and knowledgeable about the food and I did enjoy every recommendation I have been given. My stand out dish was the Cod with chickpea purée and chicory but all the others were excellent too. A very big thank you to Sara and Pasquale who made sure everything was just perfect for our dinner there. Definitely a restaurant I would suggest to everyone especially for a romantic dinner or a special occasion.
