Tropicana - MONTE DI PROCIDA

Si può mangiare un po 'di tutto, pizza, panino, carne e altro, anche se non con la vasta vastità di scelta , ma questo è normale trovandoci in un ristorante di questo tipo . abbiamo assaggiato sia la pizza, sia il panino, e in entrambi i casi abbiamo sentito l'eccellente qualità dei prodotti utilizzati. tutto veramente buono e delizioso. anche il personale era super amichevole. uno dei pochi posti in cui sembra veramente mangiare a casa per la qualità dei prodotti.

Ambiente caldo e informale. cibo abbondante e buono. ottimo l involtino di verza. buon prezzo di qualità del valore...il consiglio

My husband and I had a wonderful day in Chianti. First, Ariana listened to our wishes and crafted the perfect itinerary for the two of us on our one day that we did not have our kids with us in Tuscany. Second, Francesco was a wonderful guide. He was knowledgeable, personable, curious and just an all-around fun guy to hang around with. He also helped us get in the slow food mood which I’m not used to as a type a planner kind of person. We loved both f the family run wineries that Ariana had chosen. Francesco’s warm relationship with both wineries added to our experience. And I have to include, the food was great at both locations! We highly recommend KM Zero tours and Francesco. Book them, you won’t regret it!

There was the Tropicana; house of Tropichini and Tennents super. Now the place is called KmZero, the Tennents is gone and the Tropichini are still on the menu but taste awful. Honestly, not worth the stop

I went back to the Tropicana after over two years from my last visit and over twenty from my first one. The look of the place is still the same but it feels more busy and less cozy. The food idea is still the same(appetizers, pizza and panini) and the famous tropichini (even if they came out heavily overcooked) are still there (and the Tennents still gone). Quite few additions to the menu but they are all copy and paste of the items you can find in any other pub (and with the same barely average quality). Waiting time is quite random (meaning that there may be a significant difference between what they announce you and what it is going to be) while service is plain and simple slow and not attentive. Prices are still kind of cheap compared to the average.
