I asked for a cup of tap water and they refused and said they don’t offer tap water. Manager came over and said they don’t have tap water. I think thats terrible service for a paying customer. I could have payed for a cup if that wasthe issue but that was not even offered. Manager could have easily resolved issue but instead opted to lose a customer.

If it didn't have sauce it'd probably just crumble to dust. Their sandwiches are slightly better, but also have noflavor besides having sauce all over them. Very dissatisfied even by mall food standards.

I had the address for Lazy Dog, but there was no indication that they had a partnership or agreement with another restaurant, which threw me off. After a moment of searching on the maps app to double-check, I realized that it's actually located inside Lazy Dog. When I went inside to place my order, I discovered that you can order ahead online or through the maps app, but the selection from their menu is very limited. However, if you speak directly to the staff, you can order anything from Jolene's full menu. I ended up getting the bone-in spacedust wings and their umami fries. The food was fantastic! I really loved the sauce for the fries, and they were nice and crispy. The chicken wings were well-seasoned and quite large, so I had leftovers, which were just as delicious the next day.

The wings were pretty good, would say 4/5 just because the larger wings were slightly undercooked, but as far as seasoning and chicken: I recommend. The reason for two starsis that we finally decided to order based on interest in the dipping sauce selection. We ordered two sets of wings, each ofwhich you choose a dipping sauce for, and paid extra to get more dipping sauce on the side. Much time and anticipation wasafforded to matching the right wings with the right sauces. So when the order arrived and there was only one dip with theentire order, collective disappointment was so heavy that only 4.5 wings were eaten that night. All were disappointed, moststill hungry. I wish that first order had gone down differently, because I don't think any of us will be ordering again.
