Definitely some of the best sushi in the area, one of my new favorites. I wish I tried it sooner! Photos are: tuna tataki, super yummy and has a bit of a spicy kick to it. And then sushi rolls we got were; spicy tuna, spider roll, kani(crab) roll, unagi(eel) sashimi, and a crab spicy mayo mango roll. All of them were excellent. I've also had the pork gyoza here, it's solid. I've also done their chicken teriyaki lunch box, it's about $16. It's also very good, my only wish would be for them to include some rice with the teriyaki lunch box.
I frequent Sushi Koshi and I'm never disappointed. The quality of the sushi is fantastic, and it's my go-to for ramen over any other local spots easily. Super affordable, friendly staff, and I find myself treated to a free mochi dessert after dining in quite often which is nice! I just went recently with my girlfriend and she loved the seafood udon with vegan broth. I just wish their sushi bar seating was still available. Highly recommend for a quick bite and do try the mackerel sushi with purple rice.
