This has been my favorite deli in town since I moved here. Their Italian-style sandwiches are incredibly delicious. However, what truly sets Sal's apart is the variety of healthy options they offer. If you're usually not a fan of salads, you'll find them much more appealing and satisfying here. They use ingredients like quinoa and farro, along with seasonal squash, green beans, and other cooked vegetables, all paired with delicious dressings. You really can't go wrong! After enjoying lunch here several times, I reached out to the wonderful owner, Vee, to arrange catering for a small party. She was an absolute pleasure to work with—very flexible and accommodating when it came to our child's food allergies. Everyone at the party loved the salads and sandwiches! I highly recommend trying them for lunch or for your events.

The sandwiches here are quite good. I usually order in advance, and my food is always ready on time. I might consider giving it a 5-star rating as I explore more of the menu.

I ordered my first catering from Sal's Gastronomia and boy did they provide! Vee knew exactly what to recommend and how much to order. The dishes were delicious. Everyone loved and raved about the food. The pricing is fair for good food, and the attentiveness from her was just right. Vee even plated the food on my own platters, which looked beautiful, which is also good for the environment. No waste, no plastic. Vee will be my first stop the next time I need catering.

I wanted to try something new so I came across this cute, vibrant cafe and i ordered the salmon smokey with the Cubana sandwich and it was delicious! I would come here again.
