This was one of my local favorites for date nights or one night with friends. I never had a bad meal here, maybe it's brunch, dinner or from her bar menu. their dull grilled cheese, huh, and wad and sticky pigs were definitely unforgettable. chef mike always keeps the dinge fresh and amazing! and we do not forget her cocktails at the bar and the entire ambiente this place. this place is really a jewel and still very missing.
It is a shame that this wonderful restaurant close after all the work they have done to renovate this historic space. the city council of montclair should be shamed that their half-occupied renovation plans for adjacent spaces have not shown any respect for the integrity of this wonderful existing business.
We had a great experience overall. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. The food was excellent. However, the hostess was not pleased with us because we asked to sit in a different seat than first offered to us. She showed her annoyance to our request by walking away in a huff after seating us. Very rude behavior for a hostess!
Great place to celebrate a special event like mothers day. The food was amazing and the drinks unique and well made, would recommend to anyone!
Food was interesting well prepared. Service was fine. Drinks were great loved the atmosphere. Definitely would come back.
