There are no smiles or welcom... read more The service at this restaurant is quite peculiar – the staff always seems upset and unhappy, almost as if they dislike their jobs. There are no smiles or welcoming gestures; it genuinely feels like they resent every customer who walks in. Additionally, the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. Today, I witnessed an employee throwing out garbage while wearing gloves, and I couldn't help but watch him closely. If he had been the one serving me with those same gloves, I would have reported him to the health department! Unfortunately, it got worse. He took my order, and the woman who prepared my bagel was wearing gloves, but she had just been washing a dirty plastic bin before handling my food with the same gloves. I've given this place a chance multiple times, especially since I have appointments nearby once a month. But today, I was utterly disgusted! I no longer want anything to do with this restaurant. Once again, the staff was rude and seemed angry at the world!
