Very friendly staff expect for the young lady who takes the orders. It felt as if she was rushing me when I spoke. But overall great experience with the food!

Maybe my experience was an abberation but I had a lousy experience with them. Called up to ask a few questions about the food and delivery. Told them I would call back later and order. When I did no one picked up. I had to call back 2.more times. Finally I get someone on the phone and say I 'd like to place an order for delivery . Phone person asks my address and then puts me on hold for a long long time. Just as I was about to hang up she gets on and tell me, sorry we are no longer delivering. Mind you, I asked about delivery when I called so I knew that was a lie. She said yes, you called earlier but the delivery guy is no longer here . Mind you this was around 3 30ish and they close at 7. And Im like 2 blocks away,lol, I just didn 't feel like walking with my toddler. I actually think she misheard my address and thought I lived outside the lovely and privileged enclave of Montclair. She put me on hold for so long she was definitely discussing something with somebody. Whatever. I 'm generally happy to support a local place but when the owners display that much contempt and poor customer service right off the bat, that 's all the red flag that I need. They can keep their chicken nuggets and I 'll spend my cash elsewhere.

I really have never experienced service like that and Sue is one of the funniest people I met and makes you feel so at home!! To top it off, on God, I can’t name one deli that comes close to the food!! Amins sandwiches and food are out of this fn world !!! and heather ur man was w me that night

The owners Ayman and Susan make the best of the sandwiches to grub on! My mouth waters every time i see their food and while i eat it. Nothing tops homemade fresh subs, burgers and more. Fresh and hot eats is the way to my heart and will be the way to yours too. My favorites are grilled chicken on a salad with thousand island dressing along with oil and vinegar. As well as their scrumptious rueben made with pastrami and corned beef and don’t forget that sourkraut. Next the Nina which is this heavenly cheesesteak with all the right fixings upto!!
