Red Hawk Diner

The restaurant was low on inventory, including their ability to think clearly on a busy Saturday night. It was puzzling to see them cleaning out the coffee canisters so early before closing. Two of the employees were not very helpful, but thankfully one server was able to assist. The service seemed disorganized and inefficient. Considering Michigan State University's reputation for a strong business management program, it may be beneficial for them to have an MBA student intern to help improve operations.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff is excellent and the food is delicious. Although there may be a wait for your food at times, it is definitely worth it.
