Fantastic food, excellent service, and a diverse menu in a hidden gem of a restaurant with plenty of free parking in a safe neighborhood. Krazy Kats was a perfect spot for celebrating a birthday with friends. We’ll definitely be back! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Krazy Kat's At The Inn At Montchanin Village:
The soup and salad were excellent, but they left something to be desired. My wife ordered her longtime favorite, the crab cakes, which we’ve enjoyed over the years at Krazy Kats. However, this time the cakes were much smaller than in previous years and seemed to have less crab and more filler, especially for a dish that costs $42. I ordered the lamb rack, which was flavorful, but not as tender as I had anticipated. View all feedback.
Highly recommend this restaurant. Food is fabulous, service is great, lovely place. We'll be back.
We love Krazy Kat's! It's absolutely wonderful in every possible way!! The food, the wine, the atmosphere, the waitstaff. Always sooo great!
Best filet mignon I’ve had in sone time . Highly recommend.
I go to Krazy Kats often because I love the ambiance, service, and food. This last time I had a wonderful specialty cocktail (peach for summer), and a brilliant piece of blackened salmon that was cooked perfectly. Only thing I would change would be to add a little more summer squash (and take away a little of the rice just changed the proportions). Only disappointment was the bread pudding dessert, which seemed dry to me. The crème on the side was nice, and the flavor was appealing, but it was just too dense and dry. At Krazy Kats one can always rely on superb, professional service, and a pleasant time in their beautiful dining room. I plan to remain a regular customer.
Food was sub-par, ordered the crab bisque and it was so thick it was like eating pudding. It was disgusting to say the least. My husband ordered the duck, which was served with polenta that was so dry and old that it tasted like it had been cooked the week before. I ordered crème brûlée for dessert, it was chunky. It’s supposed to be smooth and creamy. Overall, disappointed and we won’t return. Service was the only thing that was good.
