What Anna Susa doesn't like about Montauket:
Roaches all over the outdoor tables and also landing on us. Waiters put their hands in your food. When tried to speak nicely to them about it they got nasty and starting ganging up on us. It is definitely worth the view and the outside seat! This is officially our new favorite restaurant in Montauk! The drinks are great, the service is good, and the view is just excellent. There is usually less wind on the sound side, and if you want a holiday and outdoor feel, that is it! I never understand going to a restaurant NOT on the water when you go to Montauk to enjoy the nature and the sea! There are more restaurants like this: the food was delicious. I was satisfied, but the reason this place deserves the 5 stars is absolutely for the view and for its aesthetics. I'd like to be back here for a date night for just drinks, maybe during sunset. The most beautiful place to watch the sunset or catch live music.
That's a great place. Steve's the nicest guy and makes a great drink. Really nice sunset view.
