All... read more We finally returned to this restaurant to try out the new chef: and—as always—we left completely satisfied with an engaging and complete sensory experience. All five senses were delicately yet persistently stimulated, not just the palate but also sight, smell, and hearing (the background music was delightful). We chose two tasting menus with some variations—which the owner readily accepted: honorable mention goes to the tajarin with butter, anchovies, and black truffle, a perfect balance of flavor and smoothness, a delight. Every detail is meticulously attended to: Marcelin has long deserved his star, and we hope the new chef can deliver on this promise soon.
