Marcelin is always fantastic. Beautiful location, excellent food and wine, and impeccable service.
Simply sublime from start to finish, a special mention for the focaccia, the Castelmagno ravioli with purple potatoes and chocolate, and the venison. The desserts are beyond words. The service is always impeccable. A guarantee. Thank you, you made it a memorable evening.
We finally returned to this restaurant to try out the new chef: and—as always—we left completely satisfied with an engaging and complete sensory experience. All five senses were delicately yet persistently stimulated, not just the palate but also sight, smell, and hearing (the background music was delightful). We chose two tasting menus with some variations—which the owner readily accepted: honorable mention goes to the tajarin with butter, anchovies, and black truffle, a perfect balance of flavor and smoothness, a delight. Every detail is meticulously attended to: Marcelin has long deserved his star, and we hope the new chef can deliver on this promise soon.

Highly recommended. We booked for 8 people, and since we didn't have a set menu, each of us was free to order as we pleased. We saw many different dishes carefully prepared and beautifully plated, and the taste matched the appearance. Well done, well done, well done. The explanations of the dishes, starting with the restaurant's greetings as an appetizer, were very much appreciated, and the wine culture took us by surprise. Smiles and laughter accompanied our evening, aided by the very kind staff. It was a truly enjoyable evening, thanks to the owner and his assistant. The people of None say hello. See you soon.
