Catastrophe! I was sick for several days. All the people present that day were sick and when we called them, they dared to say it was a gastro. However, the people I was with in the following days were not sick. I strongly advise this place that is directed by poisons

Great tasting food with excellent service from the waters/waitresses but with the new buffet style service, you dont take leftovers home anymore sadly. In addition, some people got sick afterwards, enough to merit contacting the management. Their response seemed automated, and also protected them on a legal standpoint but was lacking in care towards their customers in general. Just this alone makes it so I won't eat there again or recommend it to anyone else.

Not as genuine as the original location, not worth the long drive as it once was

A very disappointing place. they bought the name and decor of another sugar shack that was delicious but has shut down. the current place is not a sugar shack but a restaurant in a building near the ski slopes with no atmosphere. staff are very friendly but food is rather mediocre and very expensive for what you get. i would not recommend it! it is a bit confusing that they use pictures of the old place on their website... there is no indication that this is in a new place, with a completely different ambiance, and provides food of a considerably lesser quality. does not deserve even one star
