Dunkin' - Monson

Our experience at the local Dunkin Donuts has been inconsistent. In the afternoon, some of the younger employees have seemed indifferent. Lately, the coffee has had a burnt taste. We understand that they have been short-staffed recently, which may have contributed to these issues. However, after multiple days of bad coffee, it is disappointing to pay for a subpar experience. We hope that the quality improves in the future.

Most of the monson, ma dunkin is great! I never had a problem here. my order is correct, coffee are well done, and they actually, 90% of the time, have glazed sticks and coffee rolls on 9 o'clock, in contrast to palmer dd. today morning but I came in and ordered a chai and half dozen donuts. I was very poliet, and after I had told her I would like to get half a dozen, I told her what kind of a kind, and the woman who took my command over the throat with me, with I had her out first run. I thought it was a business policy to ask what kind of donuts, so it can be put into the register, so it shows on the input, and so another employee knows what kind of case that restaurant is busy, and they need to help? but what do I know? I haven't worked for dunkin for over 3 years. my problem is that she was rude about it. Not the first time they've botched my coffee. Asked for extra milk and sugar, they gave me a regular. The line of cars was too long to go back. 8/6/2020

I would like to say that last Friday morning, we had the best breakfast sandwiches ever at a Dunkin' Donuts out of all the ones we have tried. You all do a great job there, and we wish we lived closer. Thank you.
