Tomasa - Monschau

Lovely river side restaurant with a nice view of the historic town. The service was rather slow, but it was during the formula 1 weekend so the town was busy. My husband ate the schnitzel and he thought it was good but not amazing. The gravy was sweet so something to perhaps order on the side. My lamb chops were fantastic, the jus was to die for and I'm not ashamed to admit I stole some of my Husbands fries to dip into it. We then ordered the apple strudel and the crepe. Born of which were the highlight of the entire meal. I was a bit shocked at one of the waiters who thought it was amusing that we couldn't speak German. We tried out best to communicate but he was not impressed.

The restaurant restaurant is tasteful. great service and they have an English menu. william b was made to feel like a regular great location in a very unique.

A little tourist trap. I was here twice. When I first got the trout, I got the second time. eating is not special. sincere.

Had a very good meal here. Friendly staff and big schnitzels with nice sauce. This place was actually recommended to us by locals, and they were right :
