Le Pain Quotidien - Mons

Arrived 9:50am, not busy, served the menu 10am, served the menu again at 10:10am, finally got a drink at 10:20am, food finally 10:24, granola parfait, mostly yoghurt, sprinkle of granola, 1 strawberry sliced. Very disorganized, very slow, would not go back, especially price you pay, expect better!

We ordered a simple cappuccino, after 40 mins of waiting when we checked again they simply said sorry we forgot to put the order. It was utterly disgusting.

Nothing to write home about just like other Le Pain Quotidien restaurants, unfortunately way too expensive. The dishes taste pretty good, though. Love the high-quality organic food that they usually serve, but still overpriced for what you get (tiny portions that are meant for children, not adults). My stomach was still growling when heading off ... so much so that I had to go buy another meal elsewhere. The lovely service and the quietness of the place do not make up for the cons listed above.

Staff were lovely, food was so creative and tasted amazing. A good choice of vegan meals. I also bought some of the vegan cookies but forgot to take a picture of these. They tasted fab! They have English menus too so makes choosing a little easier. Slightly pricey for the portion sizes but presented beautifully, taste amazing and mostly organic. They're aren't many places around this area that serve vegan foods or even know what veganism means. So finding this place was a god send for me.

A pleasant place to meet and share meals or pastries with your friends! The new menu (on Internet) looks quite nice!
