If you choose to sit outside, you'll be surrounded by the vibrant charm of old town Monrovia. My husband and I enjoy stopping here for refreshing drinks and mouthwatering dishes. I highly recommend Basin 141 – you won’t be disappointed!

This was my second visit within two weeks, and they are quick to refill the mimosas without charge. While the food could have been served hotter, it was still delicious and enjoyable overall.
