Wish I could give 0 stars. The rudest employees ever. I thought at Subway you could add as many toppings as you want, the employee told me that I could have only a limited amount. Then proceeded to put one more olive every time I asked for more. When asked for more ranch she just poured 1/2 the bottle on the sandwich. And did not even wrap it up fully. Wish I could give 0 stars. The rudest employees ever. I thought at Subway you could add as many toppings as you want, the employee told me that I could have only a limited amount. Then proceeded to put one more olive every time I asked for more. When asked for more ranch she just poured 1/2 the bottle on the sandwich. And did not even wrap it up fully. Worst Subway I have been to ever. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Fire the owner and workers. Seriously.Should I also mention they shut the lights down on us while we were ordering at 8:55 and when it says they close at 9:30.
I continue to get this location chances, and every time they are terrible. The food is always decent and consistent but the service is horrible. Today I went in to place my order because last time I placed it online and the order was wrong. I tried using a coupon and the worker wouldn’t even look at it. She just said that they wouldn’t take it when they always take the coupons off online. I could have saved three dollars if I placed my order online but then I suffer the consequence of my order being wrong.
They closed at 8:45 when they were supposed to be open till 9:30. The girl was in there waving to me and saying she was closed. This is ridiculous! No one wants to work anymore.
Website says open until 9:30pm. I pulled up at 8:30 and they were already closed.
Just visited this store.. I asked for a Subway club no roast beef and add pepperoni.. I get this sandwich here quite often and there's never a problem until today.. Ratika tells me she cannot do that it will be an extra charge.. I understand where she's coming from because I am taking something away and adding something. But I told her that the employees there need to be consistent because that never happens to me when I order that sandwich around lunch time. She proceeds to start Yelling at me in front of customers and making sure that she's getting her point across that I'm going to have to pay an extra $3.99. The problem wasn't that I needed to pay extra money it's just the fact that her customer service sucked and she was screaming at me which made me get loud with her in front of other customers. I apologized to the other customers that were there. She still tried to continue to argue with me until I finally told her in my loudest voice that I don't want her making my sandwich and that she better leave me alone. Then when I'm getting rang up the other lady that made my food forgot to ring up my two bags of chips. And then she remembered she forgot after the transaction on my card already went through. 2 huge mess ups and terrible unprofessional employees. Subway you need to do better.. you're just hiring people that have no customer service at all !!!Kid-friendliness: The worst employee Ratika.. she needs to be fired for yelling at a customer
