Sheetz - Monroeville

Best sheetz around ... EXCEPT one employee named Che. He is ignorant and rude every single time he has rung me up. This time he went too far. As soon as I walked up to the counter he mumbled some stuff about being tired and he needed sleep. Just to makesome small talk I said yeah me too I just got done with my second job today and he goes off and says I don't care how long youhave been up I'm too tired for this. He mumble so other stuff I couldn't understand. I told him he needed to chill out and saidhave a good night and he just mumble something that sounded sarcastic. I have always had a good experience at this store and itsother employees but I won't be as benevolent towards Che if I run into him again. Management may need to make somechanges. 1/22/22 11:15. Probably my most disappointing Sheetz experience ever. All self-checkouts stuck on ?please wait for assistance? due to people leaving them when assistance never came. Mobile order was to be ready at 11:18. After waiting ten minutes past, Ifound it not located on the mobile order rack (ticket literally says to deliver it to the order rack) and with cold tater tots.Would?ve been awesome to call my name. Additionally, an employee was popping from food service, to using the register, to foodservice again without changing gloves. Disgusting.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has gone down hill since 2020. Last night I went in for some late night food. Got a quesadilla and I got home and found there was a twist tie in it with a piece of metal going through it. I won?t EVER go back tothis Sheetz. On top of that I noticed that all of the trash cans around the gas pumps were all filled and overflowing. Thanksfor nothing Sheetz!

I honestly don?t understand how this happened but if I could give this place zero stars I would because you should not come here if you are actually hungry. We waited in the drive through line for 45 minutes after ordering. We were the 4th car away from thewindow. I finally sent my husband in to see what was going on and they told him it would be 30-45 more minutes. So he asked themto cancel our order and we left. I could have actively gone to a sit-done restaurant, eaten and left in that time. HOW?
