Ok so I ordered a heart shaped cookie cake with “SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS” on it in orange! The writing on the cake looked like a 2 year old wrote it! It was terrible and the manager or whatever that old lady was just looked at me like I was speaking in a foreign language letting her no that that chicken scratch was unacceptable!!!! She tried to give me a discount but I politely left it right there on the counter!!! View all feedback.
The cookies here are the best I've ever had! The staff is incredibly friendly, especially the woman serving the cookies. The place is also super clean.

I ordered a heart-shaped cookie cake with "SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS" written in orange. Unfortunately, the writing on the cake looked like it was done by a 2-year-old! It was awful, and when I approached the manager—who seemed to be an older lady—she just stared at me as if I were speaking another language when I pointed out that the writing was unacceptable. She offered me a discount, but I politely declined and left it right there on the counter!

I am not sure which location the product that we had was purchased but I found a piece of plastic in one of the oatmeal raisin cookies. I emailed them and there has been no response. And not to mention the cookie was nasty.
