Best cookie deals around, awesome customer service experience as well!
I am not sure which location the product that we had was purchased but I found a piece of plastic in one of the oatmeal raisin cookies. I emailed them and there has been no response. And not to mention the cookie was nasty.
I worked here for a summer and would NEVER recommend anyone to eat here. Cookies and brownies that aren't sold during the day are placed on the baking racks in garbage bags and are served the next day. We literally were displaying/selling month old brownies. Also, the continually violate child labor laws by refusing to give underage employees their required breaks. Don't even get me started on the frozen yogurt. The machines are rarely cleaned and the toppings that aren't used during the day are placed in the fridge overnight. If you value your health, please don't go to this store.
Ok so I ordered a heart shaped cookie cake with ?SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS? on it in orange! The writing on the cake looked like a 2 year old wrote it! It was terrible and the manager or whatever that old lady was just looked at me like I was speaking in aforeign language letting her no that that chicken scratch was unacceptable!!!! She tried to give me a discount but I politelyleft it right there on the counter!!!
Not what you would expect from mall cookies. It’s better to steer clear of them for the sake of your stomach.
