However, the manager, Trish, kindly offered to prepare a new steak for me, which I found to be a truly thoughtful gesture that nearly brought me to tears. My waitress, Leann, was fantastic, and Ely even helped me write this review. I'm grateful that you have hired such wonderful staff, and we definitely need more people like them.

Coming from a server’s point of view I try to be understanding as possible with people but today when I went in at 4:25 am I told them I was gonna place a to go... read more Coming from a server’s point of view I try to be understanding as possible with people but today when I went in at 4:25 am I told them I was gonna place a to go order and they said I was gonna be helped in a minute. After about 10 mins goes by I see a server rolling silverware so I kindly ask her if she could place my to go order and she told me “ I’m not on the clock you are gonna have to ask the other server” not only was that said but the manager on at the time came up to that same server that was rolling silverware and said “ we are about to participate in extracurricular outside if you wanna join” when my to go order wasn’t even taken yet. So I just left I’m super ashamed cause I use to work here and I feel like this place has gone downhill and the management just doesn’t care anymore.
