Fast and good service, in and out in 12 minutes, and I ordered when I got there
11/19/22. ...8:20 pm new crew is off thier game and orders are messed up..tried to reason but got it is what it is...not happy .I've eaten there since it was opened..may not now!!
Absolutely the worst service I have ever received in a wing stop in all my travels. Tatyana took my order at the counter and was very rude and acted offended that I wanted to dine in and not get my meal to go. I don't recall ever being treated so rudely.The other employees were nice. Food was good, just blown away by way I treated while ordering my food.
Placed my order through the app? waited my 20 minutes before even coming to the restaurant?. Just to have to wait a additional 40 minutes just to be told? my order hasn?t even been made yet
I have definitely been to this place before. It was extremely crowded, the food was not great - either overcooked or sitting out for too long. They got my order wrong twice, there were no paper towels, and they were out of ice for drinks. When I tried to complain, I was quickly shut down.
