After living in Shelton for 13 years and passing by Carl Anthony's countless times without trying it, we finally decided to give it a shot. We should have known it would be good, especially since it has thrived in an area where other places have not, alongside an underrated Indian restaurant. The food was delicious, the drinks were refreshing, and the service was excellent. I ordered the signature burger, and as a self-proclaimed burger aficionado, I can confidently say it was fantastic. We noticed what others were eating around us and couldn't help but admire how great their dishes looked as well. I can’t wait to return!

Great menu with delicious food. This is from an amazing staff and atmosphere. In any case, the best Monroe must offer, whether for dinner or apps and drinks in the bar.

Always great food... great atmosphere... and great service. Even the pizza and dessert are the best. You also have great live music on weekends. You've always taken care of you in good hands with Sam.

We absolutely love Carl Anthony's! The creative and exceptional specialties, along with a fantastic menu that changes with the seasons, make it a standout. They also offer a wide variety of gluten-free options. The Friday evening music adds a fun vibe to the atmosphere, and the staff is wonderful! This is definitely our favorite restaurant in the area.

The staff is great, from the door to our seat. The food is so delicious every bite is full of flavor. It is my wife's absolute favorite restaurant. The balsamic calamari is her favorite appetizers. She was really pleased with everything, it was her surprise birthday dinner.
