The Cookout - Monroe

We booked them for a charity event and they didn?t show up. People from all over the USA came in for our event and we had no food, lesson learned. Everyone says use and shop local, been screwed over by local companies too many times. Had an axe throwing company that didn?t show up either. At least the other 2 food trucks had enough respect to cancel ahead of time.

Love the convenience of ordering and paying thru their app. I can just go in tell my name and get my hot delicious order! The staff is courteous and friendly. You can order in or to go. If u can't decide between their burger or wings, u can get both with the cookout combo. Burgers are juicy and tasty.

This is a locally owned grill (not the big franchise that's popular in other states). Simple menu with quick options, and more choices than I exoected. The customer service was fantastic. The food was good. I ordered chicken wings and onion rings. Both were tasty and hot. My daughter ordered a chicken strip sandwich. She didn't like the chicken strips but the fries were really good. Only negative I found was that the dining room had some seats and tables noticeably in need ofrepair. We will eat from here again but will probably do a to-go order.

Great customer service. Manager came out and greeted us then introduced us to his famous hot wings. Food came out quickly and hot. If you are in Monroe come check them out.

Me and the wife wanted a good burger and we were not disappointed. Bun was toasted perfectly with handmade patties, fries were good as well. Wife ordered the combo with wings and a burger and loved them. One part of the order was wrong but they kindly made it right no questions asked. Definitely will be going back. Don't let the dead look of the place fool you, they do a ton of to-go orders.
