Recieved order with melted... read more Easily one of the most vile and pathetic experiences ever. Simply ordered a FRESCA *stated no dairy at all no cheese or sour cream* . Recieved order with melted cheese (always have to check to be sure. Ask for the order I PAID for to be made correctly. The young line cook staff then walks to the window giving a disgusting attitude saying my coworker made this and she didn 't put cheese, we checked and I stated why would I lie? There is cheese on it.. I can 't eat dairy... then she shoved the bag to her manager after her argument was shot down and he gives the most appealing attitude yelling at me that there is no cheese simultaneously shoving the bag our way. We open the order and WOW, CLEAR MELTED CHEESE INSIDE. So he then acts like a toddler and huffs and puffs what do you want me to do ?! Of course no trust in this sad staff, they would retaliate so we demanded a refund because making the order correctly as it was stated on the receipt is to much for an inept bunch of people to do. Good job Monroe Taco Bell!!!! What a star team!
