This restaurant does not accept the coupons they send out in the mail, which seems ridiculous as if accepting their own coupons would somehow threaten the business. I definitely won't be returning to this location; I'll be visiting the Nedeau Road location instead, which appears to be managed under much better conditions. Additionally, the staff here were quite rude. What a disappointment! View all feedback.
They were out of wraps because no one took them out of the freezer!
I visited the restaurant yesterday, but I was disappointed to find that they no longer accept the coupons I received in the mail due to rising costs. There was a sign in front of me indicating this change. It’s unfortunate, and I won’t be returning. I’ll be sticking to Wendy’s and Burger King, where my credits are still honored.

We still love our subway, but they stopped taking coupons.
I like the cold cut subs and the chicken bacon ranch subs the best.
