When I asked the server if I could replace the bun with the original version without any extra charges, she was unable to accommodate my request multiple times. I ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere. As a pregnant woman, I may have been overly sensitive in my request, but I don't understand why it couldn't be honored. The restaurant offers a variety of chicken dishes, but they really need to improve the quality of their sandwiches. Overall, I was left confused and frustrated by the experience.
