Description

Nestled in Monroe, this Starbucks aims to please with a mix of delightful beverages and varied service experiences. While some patrons rave about friendly baristas and exceptional drinks, others highlight inconsistent services, including incorrect orders and rude staff interactions. Many appreciate the inviting atmosphere for work, although long lines can dampen the visit. Frustrations over unexpected closures add to the mixed feelings, yet the standout performances of certain employees, like Ally and Dean, leave customers feeling valued. Overall, the café has potential, but maintaining service quality and operational consistency remains key to enhancing the experience.

I didn't eat food here. Had a coffee and worked for a few hours. Not too many people were inside. Nice to drink coffee and get some work done. Service: Dine in Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We stopped by this morning on our way back to Virginia in search of a Michigan Been There mug. I asked one of the employees who was restocking the shelves if they had them in stock, and she replied, "If they're not on the shelf, then we're all out." After ordering our coffees, mine came out first and then several other orders followed. I checked with the barista to inquire about my wife's order, and she rudely explained that she was the only one working at the moment. I politely clarified that I was simply checking on the order, and when I received it, I said thank you, to which she gave me an unpleasant look and said nothing. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt that she may have been having a rough morning. Nevertheless, if I find myself back in Michigan, I won't be returning to this Starbucks.
