It's Sonic! The chocolate milkshake is fantastic, and the pretzel twist is simply amazing.
The service was slow, and the food was disappointing. The pretzel twist wasn't warm at all.
The staff at this Sonic location were quite unfriendly, and honestly, rather rude. I had to repeat my question several times at the speaker, thinking they hadn’t heard me. When I finally received a response, the employee essentially shouted back as if I was inconveniencing her. When the carhop delivered my order, I thanked her and tipped over 18%, but she didn’t say a single word in return. No thanks, no appreciation, nothing to encourage me to return. The owner or manager really needs to address their staff about basic manners and respect. This Sonic already has a low rating, and if management doesn’t take action, I can see significant business issues arising in the future!
