The staff in Monroe, WA, were incredibly attentive and friendly.

I had to ask for water twice and f... read more I was seated for over 10 minutes without any service, and no water was offered. I ordered an appetizer but never received it. I had to ask for water twice and finally got some after another 15 minutes. The server was unfriendly. I will not be returning.
