As soon... read more If you're in search of the best cookies you've ever tasted, look no further! The Potluck Cafe is the finest small Southern café you'll ever come across! As soon as you step in, you'll be greeted with a wonderful cup of hot coffee. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and my fiancée and I absolutely adore our server, Tina. Tuesdays and Thursdays are my most favorite days because of their daily specials and the service is the best around. Within a few visits you'll be on a first name basis with the place and I highly recommend, if you are eating by yourself, that you sit at the community table and get to know some of the good people in this area.

I tried t... read more While on my way to pick up peaches, I stumbled upon this little gem of a restaurant. The menu may be limited, but the offerings are truly exceptional. I tried the lunch special, which included fried chicken thighs, potato salad, beans, slaw, and iced tea, all for under $10. The fried chicken was among the best I've ever had—crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. The baked beans and slaw were also delicious. The rest of the lunch menu featured burgers and sandwiches, and I can only imagine they are just as fantastic!
