Papa John's Pizza - Monroe

I just received a call from the operations manager of this restaurant, Devin Ledford, who was very friendly and attentive to my concerns. He immediately offered to send a new order and promised to address my issues with the store. I appreciate the excellent customer service I received from Mr. Ledford and am hopeful that he will work with the staff to improve delivery times. Despite the challenges of finding riders, quoting a 25-35 minute delivery time and then having the order arrive over an hour later is unacceptable. I spoke to a manager who seemed disinterested and tried to explain how quick-service restaurant pizza works, but I am well-versed in the industry having worked in Papa Johns for 13 years. Unfortunately, the pizza arrived cold, the garlic knots were undercooked, and the overall experience was disappointing.

The staff at Papa John's were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to resolve an issue with my order. I have always loved their Buffalo Chicken pizza, cheese breadsticks, and peppers with mushrooms. A big thank you to Steve, Tim, and all the staff at the Monroe, Georgia store for their fantastic service!

The pizza was hot and delicious, just as I ordered. I believe it was even better than Pizza Hut. My only complaint was that the delivery driver did not follow the delivery instructions. I have large dogs and requested for the pizza to be left at the door so I wouldn't have to struggle to get to my food. Other than that, everything was excellent!
