We ordered takeout, and despite a 10-minute drive home, the food remained fresh and hot. Although I'm not particularly fond of noodles, everything else was wonderful.

However, the beef and broccoli dish should have been called just broccoli since there wasn’t a single piece of beef. The food tasted stale, and both the spring rolls and chow mein noodles were dry and flavorless. Very disappointed with the menu.

After waiting for five minutes without being acknowledged, I asked for assistance. The staff simply stared at me, and the manager, dressed in a black shirt, appeared utterly disinterested. To the owner of this franchise, I hope you take notice of my experience today; it was truly disappointing. It seems that customers here are viewed as an afterthought, and anyone thinking of dining here should brace themselves for unwelcoming employees. No customer should have to face such treatment. Despite my patience and politeness throughout the ordeal, I felt it necessary to share my experience in this review.
