We ordered ta... read more The orange chicken was fantastic, the Beijing Beef had a delightful sweet and spicy flavor, and the Honey Walnut Shrimp was absolutely incredible. We ordered takeout, and despite a 10-minute drive home, the food remained fresh and hot. Although I'm not particularly fond of noodles, everything else was wonderful.

I inquired about the teriyaki chicken,... read more I visited the restaurant last night with my son. They informed me it would take 8 minutes for the beef and broccoli dish. I inquired about the teriyaki chicken, but it was unavailable. I ended up ordering a beef and broccoli bowl, two drinks, and an orange chicken bowl with a couple of crab rangoons. After paying, I was then told that they were out of beef and broccoli. As a picky eater, I didn’t want a substitute, so I requested a refund. The staff member asked me to pull around for the manager to decide how to proceed. They eventually brought out my order and noted my name to ensure I could pick up the beef and broccoli tomorrow. However, this morning I realized I won’t have time to go across town to get it. I wish I had gotten the manager's name. I still have my receipt, so I might reach out to corporate.

T... read more I would rate this restaurant 2 stars because the food is generally what you would expect from Panda. However, I would give it only 1 star for everything else. The latest issue that pushed me to write this review occurred on a Friday night when I arrived 40 minutes before closing and found they had run out of orange chicken. To make matters worse, they refused to make any more. First of all, it’s orange chicken—it's the most popular item on the menu, and they wouldn’t prepare more even with 40 minutes left until closing. Secondly, I wasn't arriving 5 minutes before closing asking for something unusual; I was there a full 40 minutes before they were set to close. Why bother staying open if you're not going to serve food?
