What Janice doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Slowest drive through in town. Shake machine always broke or being cleaned at night or they don 't have the specific advertised ice cream special. Sometimes you have ask for a receipt at night! Third shift manager lacking customer service empathy skills. Seems VERY disorganized any third shift I 've ever gone. One night waited 25 min in drive through. They are a hot mess!
