I thought it would be faster than this. My personal opinion that you should get the pepperoni breadsticks and instead of the pepperoni pizza it was much cheaper and my wife for more satisfied then my two miniature Pizza slices.

Instead of the usual table service, they have opted for a system where all orders are bagged and names are called, which seems to be contributing to the mess rather than reducing it. The staff member at the counter appeared disengaged, which is unlike our previous experiences where we felt welcomed. The 30-minute drive for this visit has left us feeling let down, and it doesn’t seem to be getting better. I suspect that the long wait times and the restaurant’s condition are due to staffing issues, and I truly hope they can return to the standard my wife and I once enjoyed. On a positive note, the food remains exceptional—hot, fresh, and well-portioned. I'm adding two stars for the quality of the food and understanding the staffing challenges. However, please address the sewage smell!

Girl at the counter was v... read more So I finally was around one after years and was so excited to get their food again. Needless to say I'll never be back to this one. 1. Girl at the counter was very rude. Manager was very nice even tho I had to talk to her a couple times of being there under an hour. 2 they gave my order to someone else after I had been waiting for over 20 minutes and the 3 groups of people got their food before me. My one friend got a pizza that had more than just a couple hairs baked into his pizza. Cook was rude after I returned my order for being made wrong twice in a row. I'd really like to give them a 0 star.

She went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Even when my car wouldn?t start in the parkinglot, Angie brought help. I will be going back soon. Thank you Fazoli?s!
