That's the best dunkin I found. Every day when I come in, they already know what I want and have it up to the register when I get there. The store is always very willing and the staff in each layer. My coffee is always exactly what I want. Thank you, boys, for doing a great job. View all feedback.

I just left the Dunkin’ Donuts store at Shopping Center, 791 NY-17, Monroe, NY 10950. There were 2 women working, the younger of the 2 was extremely rude as soon as I and my children walked into the place at 8:27pm. She immediately yelled in our direction “we don’t have any donuts” ok I get that. But my daughter wanted the Barbie drink. This was the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have been to. Was going to go back in to get the order corrected. Didn't want to waste my time. I do know for the next time. It was early in the morning and you don't have any napkins to give your customers. Very bad management. Think twice before going there.
This place deserves zero stars, but unfortunately that's not an option. There is absolutely no sense of customer service, and some of the staff are rude and entitled. What a joke.
The young woman with red hair at this restaurant was quite rude. She should keep in mind that she is in customer service. I don’t visit often, and after this experience, I won’t be returning.
I just visited the Dunkin’ Donuts at the Shopping Center, located at 791 NY-17, Monroe, NY 10950. When I arrived with my children at 8:27 PM, there were two employees working. The younger one was incredibly rude from the moment we walked in. She loudly shouted, "We don’t have any donuts!" I understood that, but my daughter was interested in the Barbie drink. When I asked the other employee about it, the rude worker interrupted again, saying, "We are getting ready to clean the ice machine, NO." I pointed out that they close at 9 PM and it was still before 8:30 PM. She shot me a glare, so I decided to leave with my children. I've never experienced such disrespect at a Dunkin’ before. This worker clearly doesn't understand customer service and shouldn't be in that position.
