This is the second time I've ordered from Dunkin' and they messed up my order again. This location seems unreliable. I requested a drink with strawberry, pineapple, chocolate syrup, and banana, but I received a plain vanilla drink with a cherry and some walnuts instead. This is unacceptable.
West of the city locally on the state road 25 main road,) the main north/south route through the lower Stepney area. that is both a dunkin and a baskin robbins. drive them open 24 hours. seats in free (weather permit)
For the owners to know. Your staff is telling people that the machines are either not working or it’s under maintenance to avoid taking customers orders for anything that’s more than just coffee or easy stuff. This happened multiple times. Please look into that.

This was a complete disaster as they were out of all ice cream flavors except for two. The person on the microphone seemed clueless and I had to repeat my order five times. I don't know who was in charge but I believe Baskin Robbins should step in and improve the situation. This was the worst dining experience I've ever had.
