I'm tired of taking chances with such bad od... read more This restaurant is too inconsistent for me. Out of the 5 times I've been there, they only got my order right twice. I'm tired of taking chances with such bad odds. Tonight, I ordered the same thing I've had 5 other times, but the server didn't know what I was asking for. The order came out wrong and missing key ingredients like caramel, whipped cream, and hot fudge. They only gave me two scoops of ice cream and some toppings in a cup for $12. When I asked for a refund, the server didn't know how to process it, so now I have to come back in the morning to sort it out. It's a waste of time, money, and gas. It would have been better if they just admitted they couldn't make my order properly instead of serving me ice cream with crushed toppings. It's really not that complicated.

Today I went to Baskin Robbins and ordered a bagel with cream cheese on the side and an order of hashbrowns. My hashbrowns were hard as a rock and charcoaled and most importantly the cream cheese I received was dated from over a month ago. I could of gotten severely sick. I went back to the store and was told there was no manager there to assist me with my problem. Dont go here it is so unprofessional and uncleanthy.

Just make eye contact and let me know you’ll be with me as quickly as you can. I shouldn’t have to get your attention by calling out to you. Waited as three separate employees grabbed donuts from the rack and ignored me. This seems to be the trend at many of the DD locations lately.
