However, this experience has changed that perspective! The staff at the drive-thru were quite unfriendly during our interaction. I’m sorry if my request for napkins made me seem like an overly demanding customer deserving of their negativity. Moreover, the "big" double bacon burger I ordered was greasy, flattened, and surprisingly small, while the onion rings were equally greasy. To be honest, McDonald's $1.00 cheeseburgers have more meat and taste better! I won't be returning to this location or any other Cook Out in the future.

However, we overheard some staff members inside making rude remarks about us wasting their time, which felt quite disrespectful, especially since we were trying not to obstruct anyone. When the staff inquired if we were ready to order, we explained that we were still considering our options. Unfortunately, after we finally placed our order, it took a long time for our food to be prepared, and the milkshake we received was poorly blended.
