I ordered a medium meal at the speaker, but I didn’t realize that the employee had mistakenly made it a small because I was focused on correcting another mistak... read more I ordered a medium meal at the speaker, but I didn’t realize that the employee had mistakenly made it a small because I was focused on correcting another mistake from my last order. When I got to the window, I was surprised by the size of the meal and asked about it. They informed me that while I could get a medium drink, they couldn't provide a medium fry. I explained that I specifically wanted the fry that came with my order. The manager then approached me in a confrontational manner, blaming me for not catching the error during the read-back, even though I was preoccupied correcting something else. He continued to scold me and said he could "give me the medium fry but he’s NOT adding anything at the window" in an angry tone, even though I didn't ask for anything extra—I just wanted what I had ordered. When I got home, I discovered that the meal deal was supposed to include chicken bites, but there were only about six in the container, whereas I had previously received full cartons. It felt dismissive and rude. I've worked in fast food myself, and I would never treat a customer like that, especially when it was my employee who made the error. I guess it was a mistake for me to choose this place.
