I ordered a chicken Philly, and while it wasn't made in the traditional Philly style that I was craving, it was still delicious and reasonably priced. I will always make it a point to stop at a Charley's whenever I come across one.

We dined here on June 16th around 3 PM. The gentleman at the counter was exceptional. It was our first time visiting, and he provided us with some great recommendations. We chose the three-cheese bacon sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious! The sandwich was generous in size, with no skimping on the ingredients. You could truly see that he loved his job, and he even mentioned it. The positive attitudes from all the staff were wonderful to witness!

Both rude and very unprofessional. Messed up my order and when I went to get it corrected the first time it was made wrong again, then the 2nd time she caught an attitude. If she doesn’t want someone to come across the counter on her I suggest she change it.

I was so pleasantly surprised when I bit into this sandwich for the first time. It has its own unique taste, while giving you the classic cheese steak feel. In no way could I tell I was eating a sandwich from a mall food court. I keep looking for reasons to go shopping at the Cincinnati Premium Outlets, just so I could stop by for another cheese steak. I truly enjoyed it.
