This restaurant is an excellent choice for a Whiz Wit cheesesteak (Whiz means Cheese Whiz, and Wit means with onions), and it's as close as you can get to my all-time favorites in Philadelphia, Pat's and Geno's! The Old School Cheesesteak was loaded with extra steak, had just the right amount of Cheese Whiz and sautéed onions, all nestled in a foot-long fresh bread loaf. The fries were cooked to perfection and tasted great with mayonnaise! The iced tea was also a fantastic brew. We tried the everyday special, the Chicken Cheesesteak, but it couldn’t hold a candle to the Old School version. On our next visit, we’re all going Old School for the cheesesteak! Oh, and did I mention that this location is part of an outlet mall with plenty of great stores? You can shop while you’re there!
You can never go wrong with a cheesesteak! I ordered a chicken Philly, and while it wasn't made in the traditional Philly style that I was craving, it was still delicious and reasonably priced. I will always make it a point to stop at a Charley's whenever I come across one.
Fantastic! We dined here on June 16th around 3 PM. The gentleman at the counter was exceptional. It was our first time visiting, and he provided us with some great recommendations. We chose the three-cheese bacon sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious! The sandwich was generous in size, with no skimping on the ingredients. You could truly see that he loved his job, and he even mentioned it. The positive attitudes from all the staff were wonderful to witness!
The woman and the dude that hang out behind the wall while dude takes orders, need attitude adjustments before someone helps them make them. Both rude and very unprofessional. Messed up my order and when I went to get it corrected the first time it was made wrong again, then the 2nd time she caught an attitude. If she doesn’t want someone to come across the counter on her I suggest she change it.
