Cc's Coffee House - Monroe

First time trying their coffee/breakfast today and it's soo good!! Love their creme brulee iced coffee!!

The tea lattes are hit and miss here. I guess it depends on the worker. I will tell them a sweetness level and sometimes it’s on the mark, whilst others it tastes like it hasn’t been sweetened at all.

My fav coffee shop in town. Rick and the other employees know their customers by name and their order by heart. My husband actually went in one day for me ordered; when he told them my order, they said, this must be for Mrs. Clesi! Do you also want a croissant to go with it? Sometimes she does and sometimes she doesn 't. You couldn 't ask for a more personable experience to start off your morning! Other coffee chains could never compare. Also, the coffee is AMAZING, too! ;

Great coffee and food but the service this morning was awful. My boyfriend and I pulled up and everything was going good until Lainey peeked over and said “Hey *insert my boyfriends name* you know you have a chicken sandwich in your backseat right” in a snarky tone, which made the rest of the girls laugh. Little did she know we had my bfs little brother with us the moment before and he had totally dumped out the trash we had in a bag in the backseat. We were VERY embarrassed as we usually keep the car clean. We drive a mustang so she had to REALLY peek in. I’m furious with this service and hope to see some change. Rude service when we are customers every single day is NOT going to fly. Train your employees to keep their mouths shut.

I've only been to one other CC's coffee house, but this one by far is the best. Raychel, the barista who took care of me, was extremely kind. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted and she took the time to go through my options, as well as make a recommendation. Needless to say, her suggestion was perfect. My entire experience was perfect from start to finish.
