The fried food, including fries, chicken nuggets, and cheese sticks, were a bit old and cold. The brisket was dry, but the chicken sandwich was decent. They used to be the top spot in town, but now seem to be just like everyone else. Has there been a change in management?
WHo ever was working the front counter Friday around 6/630pm.... YOU SIR ARE THE REAL GOAT! MULTIPLE orders got messed up and he handle it with ease. Keep up the amazing work. You were so busy but still made the time to make sure my family was taken care of! Couldn't of asked for a better worker!
Charged us too much for the 4 piece mozzarella sticks, didn't give me the correct refund, only off by a penny, but...they also said their scanner hasn't worked since they got it. Also ordered a Dr. Pepper, went to fill my drink and it was empty. Anotheremployee said we're out of that. The cashier should have known this and neither of them even apologized.
22 mins in the drive-thru with only 4 cars in front of me. Then, I only got 1 ranch for my 6 piece cheese sticks when I asked for ranch and marinara. I also ordered a wrap and ended up with a sandwich. I'm sure they're understaffed, but come on.
