The food is consistently delicious and the staff is very welcoming. However, the dining area was slightly unclean.
The fried food, including fries, chicken nuggets, and cheese sticks, were a bit old and cold. The brisket was dry, but the chicken sandwich was decent. They used to be the top spot in town, but now seem to be just like everyone else. Has there been a change in management?
WHo ever was working the front counter Friday around 6/630pm.... YOU SIR ARE THE REAL GOAT! MULTIPLE orders got messed up and he handle it with ease. Keep up the amazing work. You were so busy but still made the time to make sure my family was taken care of! Couldn't of asked for a better worker!
After working there for awhile i got to know everyone and the whole setup of the place. Staff was pretty nice main issues i witnessed was employees not washing hands. I would ask *Hands and Pans* and it wouldn 't get done, set a timer and it got turnedoff cause it was annoying . They wore gloves at this location..but didnt change gloves much . Hair is never properly pinnedeither, i guess you don 't have to wear at hat to work with food????
Dinning room a disaster. Buns hard as a rock. Team members have the energy level of a nursing home.... this place has seriously gone down hill this is the 4th and final time I will give the another chance!
