We booked this restaurant in advance and were greeted warmly by the two lovely owners. It was a very busy day. Sadly the heavens opened and it lashed rain and we were sitting outside. After 30 minutes we got a promised table inside. The restaurant was heaving in a lovely French way. Nobody was in a rush to leave and the Dutch owners never turned anyone away and even sat to chat to us. Food was tapas style and very fresh and traditionally French. A lovely place to go. We came here on a Sunday and town was full of antique stalls and very atmospheric. This was one of of only a few restaurants open and was a lovely experience. Set menu for 18.50 for 3 courses of honest home cooked food and very friendly service. Lovely atmosphere and overall a great leisurely Sunday lunch.
