Discovered an extensive gluten free menu and all pizzas available gluten free. This was the best pizza I have tasted, even including pizzas I have had before going gluten free! We also sampled some delicious appetisers, recommended to us by the wonderful Donato. Thank you for a delicious, satisfying meal in Monopoli!

This is a pizza restaurant where you do not get the regular, standard, normal pizzas. These pizzas are made with dough that is light and delicious, and the toppings are so interesting and innovative. Mine had fresh tuna, fried courgettes, yellow tomatoes and f’or di latte (very soft mild cheese). My partner has fresh tuna, pistachio cream, toasted almonds, tomato sauce and same cheese as me. Was so unusual and so delicious. Would 100% recommend it.
