The Delaval Arms - Feedback

What Anthony Armstrong doesn't like about The Delaval Arms:
Can't share reviews on the food. But as a local pub. At least 8 times we have gone up hoping to have a drink in the bar to find the place closed. Tonight boxing day 8pm walked up closed. Have been in and been kicked out (called time ay 9pm) when there were many people still drinking either the staff decide when they want to go home or the owners have a minimum limit of paying patrons to keep the doors open. Dog friendly (in the bar) always feels weird walking into a pub with a pup to ask (please put it in your description, and a note on your door). Food was amazing and staff friendly to both me, mum, and the pup even with a friendly woof contest between him and another pup. We'll definitely be visiting next time I'm up in the north east.
